These lights are pretty cool. You can bend them into different looks/configurations, which is a nice touch. But the best part is that even on a shady path, such as one we created along a wooded hillside in our yard, they absorb enough light during the day to light up at night. I did take the step of gluing the tips onto the poles/shafts of the lights, as my prior experience with this type of light is that the tips end up coming off the poles and getting stuck in the ground if you try to move the lights. TIP: as the instructions say, position the solar panels southern-facing (for those of us living in the north, anyway) to ensure they get the best angle to absorb light during the day. Worth the price... we ended up buying a total of six of these for our pathway.Love them till I had to take out to cut grass. Snap! And honestly I wasn’t pulling too hard. Didn’t want to lose the little spike thing..NoneUnfortunately, it may just be me, but when I looked at the picture, it looked like in addition to the fireworks, it looked like it had glowing blue ribbons around it. Those aren’t blue ribbons and are not included. (Apparently, they put the firework lights amongst plants, I suspect fake, as I don’t think real plants would glow like that.)Having said that, take your time spreading out the individual strands as they seem pretty fragile, and they definitely bend easy. Though, even if that happens, it just looks like a firework in process of exploding rather than full. Not a complete disaster. Still pretty.During the day they don’t look like much, but they are pretty at night in our garden. My husband loves them and wants me to order another set for the front yard, though I’m not big on sticking decorations in the front since they would be easy to steal. They do seem to easily stay lit through the night after charging in the sun all day, as they are still on when my husband leaves for work in the morning.I ordered 2 sets of 2 garden lites and they arrived quickly and were easy to make in to cute shapes. I put all 4 of them out in our flower bed in the back yard and they all worked great because of our AZ sun! However, after just 2 weeks, one of the stems just stopped lighting up at night. We tried turning the switch off and on several times with no luck. Can you please advise me on what to do next? Thank you,Loved the item so much that I bought another set the same day. My brother in law liked them and I bought him a set. We get wind in our backyard so to stabilize I bought some pots and styrofoam and put stakes in them. I love that by doing this simple thing I can easily move them wherever I want.Easy to assemble. Very nice looking but had a few tiny lights out. For the money, this shouldn’t be. One of them is dim until you go touch the solar panel then it becomes brighter. But I do love how they look. For the most part they still work but one. I tried to get rechargeable batteries, one just won't blink at all, stopped working a few week's after purchase.
