It looks very attractive, but I was disappointed that it’s not brighter. We’ve had lots of sun to charge it up so that was not the way problem. On cloudy days, it doesn’t stay light very long.Didn't know what to expect, but these lights have been great so far. They could be a shade brighter, but other than that, they are perfect for our use. We put them on the end post of our remodeled front porch. They stay on all night even if it has been cloudy that day. Light pattern is very classy and have a delicate feel.I bought a total of 22 of these lights last summer for all of my deck posts. Worked beautifully for 3 months then I had to spend $65.00 to replace all of the batteries. The on/off switches stopped working and again I had to take the light apart and wiggle the switch to turn them on only to discover they would go out if the light got bumped. So disappointed after all the money I spent.These lights are white but discolor to a yellowish plastic color. Not nice looking on my white vinyl. Also, several of my eight lights have loose switches so lighting does not work and when they do they are very dim.Purchase eight of these lights and have been very happy with the look.The lanterns are easy to install are bright enough and look good! So what's the issue. The on/off switch is the Achilles heel. One some units the switch works fine, others, on is not really on. The switch needs to be giggled back and forth to turn the lantern on. This means it can take 2 - 3 minutes to find the REAL on position. Not a fun process. The manufacturer needs to spend another 80 cents and buy a decent switch!After 11 months several (of 6) lights are dimming and have shortened run time, 2 would not light at all, the switch is the problem, after eliminating the switch the lights are brighter and last longer, and the mini solar panel is working great.Love the look, size and brightness. The customer service is the best. I received a box of 2 and one light didn’t work so I sent them a email showing a video of the 1 working and the other not working and asked if they could just send me one to replace the one not working instead of returning them both and they sent me another box of two. Great customer service. I would recommend buying from this seller.
