These grips do lock on with an Allen wrench and stay put. I've had them on my mountain bike for about a year now and they're a little wiggly. Otherwise the skulls and variety of colors make for a nice one of a kind look.Nice handles but broke really easily, looks really cool.Easy to apply. They were bought as a gift for my S/O for a bike we are building and he liked them a lot besides the end caps fall off. Not sure though if that's an installation problem or just normal with grips (my first time building a bike so learning). Definitely a nice touch and make the handle bars easier to grasp!Great quality. My son is going to love these grips on his new bike!!These grips are two of the same grips.
