My 9 year old daughter loves the color. Everything is quality except the brakes. Other then that. Great deal.I have purchased this bike twice. Both times it was arrived with a warped front wheel. Overall, it’s a nice bike and my kid enjoys it but the shipping method obviously needs improvement.My daughter wanted this bike. When it was delivered via Amazon the side of the box was smashed and the front wheel was bent. There was no way it could be used. Whenever we turned the wheel the brake stopped it without ever pressing on it from the handle. I contacted Hiland (it was the mint green bike and therefore not from Amazon) and they confirmed that it indeed need replaced. I requested it via Amazon but somehow my replacement was cancelled. Not sure what happened but Hiland sent me a new bike via another carrier. This bike was perfect. I was happy to know that they valued good customer service and definitely took care of me. My daughter is so happy. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.Bike seems well made with good components at this price point. On arrival, box was torn up a bit and the rear derailleur tab was bent. An easy fix, but I am used to working on bikes. 10 year-old grandson loves the bike. Would recommend.Pretty good quality!Our son loved the bike, the colors, and the 7 speeds to keep shifting simple. Had a slight issue with a wheel but the support was very helpful and responsive. Overall, a great present.Easy to put together with a few tools and an extra hand here and there. Missing front brake pads which is pretty inconvenient, glad I put it together a few days before my son's bday so I can go out and buy some. Will update with my son's review on it once he gets a chance to ride it.The bike was a Christmas gift to my Grandson. I delivered it to him today and he loved it. Bike appears to be well made and structurally sound. Adjustments to seat and handlebars are precise with high quality fasteners. Owners manual is very helpful and explains everything about final completion of the bike and proper usage.Overall, I am extremely pleased with this bike and believe that my Grandson will get great pleasure for it.Brakes dont work and they don't warranty parts. If I want to send back I have to disassemble the whole bike and try to fit back in box BUY LOCAL ON THIS ONE!
