I like to ride outside during the winter and in my area it's typically in the 30 degree range (F). I'm using these over road shoes.These covers definitely keep my feet warm. I do not need to wear thicker socks during the winter anymore as these adequately protect my feet from the cold. I do tape all of the vents on my shoes closed.With these you just need to remember to put them on before you put your shoes on. Sizing seems good and they fit pretty snug without being too tight.I do like that they come in a hi-viz yellow. I don't really care what I look like on the road as long as vehicles can see me and these are pretty hard to miss.The only slight downside is that if I need to adjust my shoes mid ride I have to undo the Velcro strap on the bottom, pull them up and then adjust my BOA dial. Not a deal breaker though.Price point is decent for these. So far they are holding up well.I can't speak to any water resistance as I try not to ride when it's wet out.
