First of all be aware you will need 10 batteries for a set. My set has plastic edges but it worked just like on wood it would. Ring fit perfect but the edges one was too long …. But let’s see how it will hold up outside when being used over time … if you want your lighted is a good option ..They really are ok for being cheap. The rope light wants to hold its roled form from the packaging and the battery containers are cheap but all in all, they're ok. Just gotta be careful with installing them. Make sure to add a little super glue to the battery boxes for a secure grip to the base of the boards. I got it for my birthday party that was at night, and usually when I play bags the most which does get dark to see. This does help with that as it adds a bright glow without interfering. You will need 4 AA, 6AAA batteries. Installation was really easy with a screwdriver to keep this solid and out of the way as its installed underneath. You could use double sided tape but long term not the best idea. I don’t think this is waterproof either due to the battery cover which could be a bit better quality so the batteries don’t flop around. I hope that they start to sell lighted bags in the future too. Overall I think this is a really cool bags custom addon which could be a little cheaper for the quality, but would still recommend.Lights are nice and bright. The battery packs are kinda flimsy. They come apart pretty easy, had to tape them to the backs pieces. Not a complete deal breaker just a little annoying when it pops offWe put our lights under the boards. Great deal. Only reason I gave a 4 star is it uses up the battery fast.I have to admit I was weary but after getting them installed onto our new GoSports cornhole boards, I am so glad I purchased them! They allow for a fun-filled cornhole game after the sun sets and have been the highlight of every party and cook-out we go too! Installation was a bit tricky, we had to use a power drill instead of a screwdriver like the directions recommended to allow more accuracy for placing the light strands/tubing. The only downfall is the small battery packs don’t come with a place to screw them into the boards also. There is only a sticker on the back which fell off 1 hour and 1 game into/after installing them and it won’t stick back on no matter what we do. If it weren’t for that, these would be 5 stars. Lots of fun being able to play at night and definitely loved by all who see them! Worth the money and shipping was quick & efficient alsoI would have gave it a 5 the lights are bright but it only came with 12 screws an 1 didn't match the others an didn't come with the clips to mount the rope lightsEverything seems to work OK, but we ordered warm white and got bright white rings with a warm white sides....would prefer if the at least matched. Will update after we get to use the boards with the lights.
