These are super cute lights. We purchased them for a party. Unfortunately, the wire snapped right out of the package. We did not have time to wait for a replacement. We were able to remove the broken section and still use the remaining section of lights. The different light patterns are fun. However, the remote only works if you are within 2 feet of the lights. I wish we could receive a replacement, as another section broke this week when we tried to move them to a new location. They weren't worth keeping at this point and return/exchange time frame has passed. Bummed!!As described - 5 starsUnfortunately I had to return as it was so fragile that the wire holding the dachshunds on broke off completely in the strand and other parts disconnected easily from the chest on the dachshund.The plastic dogs are really cute, but the light is just so so. Remote is a nice feature as well as being able to plug into a USB to power.Overall I'd have to say to pass on this super fragile item.This does not work! I’d love to get my money back for this wasteWork greatUnfortunately some of the dachshunds didn't light up. But I loved the other features.These lights can be powered by USB which means that you don't have to go through tons of batteries. I could see these being a nice addition for a nursery.These lights are really pretty and sparkly! I can't speak yet to how long they last with a fresh set of batteries but I expect they'll last as long as any battery operated lights. I like that it comes with a little remote to turn off and on and set how long you want them to stay on.I liked the lights, and design and the different modes and remote control. Unfortunately, despite claiming to power from USB they don't, I've tried them with different adapters and they just turn off after a short time. They work fine on battery so I've kept them, but for the price they should work from the USB as promised so it's a bit of a disappointment really.
